Operated with Purpose: Managed by the International School for Bhagavad Gita, a unit of the Bhagawat Gita Foundation for Vedic Studies, or by any Matha established by Jagatguru Adi Shankaracharya — either independently or in partnership — with the villas serving as venues for daily Gita retreats and global spiritual programs rooted in Advaita wisdom.
Transparent Management: Rent will be paid monthly by D3Y Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd., ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely payments for the entire 2-year term.
NRI Members’ Exclusive Stay Privilege: NRI villa owners in Sri Vedic Township enjoy up to 20 days of complimentary stay each year in the Vedic Club rooms, subject to prior intimation. This facility is designed for NRI families to make the most of their visits to India, enjoying comfort and convenience within the township. If the Vedic Club is located off-campus or its opening is delayed, accommodation will be provided instead in the Proposed NRI Guest House, featuring 20 executive rooms on a spacious 400 sq. yard plot within the same campus.
