Note on Future Land Allocation Strategy
We intend to develop both themes side by side in the same locality — the Vedic Township Villas on our existing 12-acre parcel and The Vedic Club on a proposed adjoining 12-acre site. Together, they will create a fully integrated spiritual hospitality ecosystem, offering expanded amenities and a seamless blend of residential comfort and spiritual enrichment.
To maintain flexibility and align with community needs, we are adopting a demand-based strategy:
If acquiring the additional club land adjacent to the villas becomes impractical, the Vedic Club will be developed on a nearby site around Mehtabkhanguda, which offers excellent connectivity to Shankarpally, Kokapet, Gandipet, Nanakramguda, Kondapur, Miyapur, Gachibowli, Jubilee Hills, Narsingi, Banjara Hills, Kollur, and Mokila. This approach ensures we respect member preferences, minimize risk, and maximize long-term community value—while staying true to our spiritual and ethical commitments.
