Who can buy and Membership Rules

This is not a typical gated layout. It is a spiritually governed township, rooted in shared values, sacred purpose, and community harmony.

To purchase a villa, every buyer must first become a member of the Sri Vedic Township Society, which ensures that all residents are aligned with the dharmic vision of the project.

• One-time membership fee of ₹25,000 to “Sri Vedic Township Society”.
• Eligibility: Open to those who embrace a profound, timeless spiritual philosophy that upholds the principles of Karma and Dharma rooted in Advaita wisdom and the Upanishads.
• The developer will not sell villas to non-members of the society, in accordance with the agreement between the society and the developer.
• Second-sale or resale of villas shall be subject to the Society’s thorough review and approval, to uphold the spiritual intent and character of the township.
• The authority to grant membership or permit occupancy—either as a tenant or an owner—rests exclusively with the Sri Vedic Township Society.

This is more than property ownership — it is sacred participation in a conscious community.
