Alternatively, we are in advanced discussions to acquire 1 acre of land immediately west of our site, which would provide direct 60-ft road access from the existing Vikarabad–Sangareddy District Highway. The price for this parcel has already been finalized with the landowner.

If this alternate access is secured, there will be an additional charge of ₹10 lakhs per villa, as this enhancement is projected to increase villa value by 1.5× once the direct main-road connection is in place

To protect this yajña and to make the township the safest haven for birds in India, dogs and cats are not allowed inside the campus.

  • For Birds: Sparrows, finches, and other small birds need safety to nest. Cats are their natural predators, while dogs chase them away.
  • For Purity: In Vedic homes, dogs and cats are traditionally not kept inside living and cooking spaces, as they disturb the śuddhi required for daily yajñas and prayers.
  • For Peace: Without barking, chasing, or fear of predators, the community becomes calm, child-friendly, and spiritually uplifting.
