Engineering Excellence – ECC
This vision first took shape with Engineers Cadd Centre Pvt. Ltd. (ECC), established on 3rd September 1994 as a proprietary firm and incorporated in 1999. As India’s first CAD Centre, ECC became a pioneer in CAD-CAE training, offering courses across 10+ verticals in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, and CAE segments.
Over 26 years, until March 2020, ECC trained more than 1.2 lakh engineers nationwide, growing into the largest CAD training centre in India with 200+ systems across 12,000 sq. ft. of owned space in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. Today, its courses continue digitally through www.eccindia.org, carrying forward the same legacy into the online era.
From Engineering to Real Estate with Purpose – D3Y Infra
Expanding beyond engineering, the journey evolved into real estate solutions rooted in purpose. Through cost-to-cost development models, every customer was made a true partner in each project. This led to the creation of D3Y Infra, a company that not only develops sustainable communities but also supports the Gita University Project in both infrastructure and funding.
Unlike conventional high-rise and villa projects that often lack soul, D3Y Infra projects are built on the belief that, “A community without a Gita Guru and a Gita Bhavan is a body without a soul — a dead body.” The mission is to create 108 spiritually-rooted communities across India, blending modern comfort with Gita wisdom at the core.
The culmination of this vision is the creation of Gita University, under the leadership of the Bhagawat Gita Foundation for Vedic Studies. Planned as a 200-acre, ₹2,000 crore global campus, Gita University is designed to carry the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita to over 50% of the world’s population outside India by 2050 and 75% by 2100. This bold initiative fuses Advaita Vedanta philosophy with modern teaching methods, cultivating inner peace, ethical leadership, and societal transformation on a worldwide scale.
Joining him is K. Maheshwara Reddy, Managing Director of Sri Castle Estates, a veteran in plotting and infrastructure development with 25+ years of experience and 600+ acres developed across 32 premium layouts. This 11-acre spiritually rooted residential project in Murdanpally marks the first time the Sri Castle Estates brand has been used on a project — a testament to the trust between Mahesh Reddy and Anand Reddy, partners for over 26 years. Mahesh Reddy has further committed 1.8 acres of his own land within the layout.
Leadership
Guiding this entire journey is Anand Reddy — structural engineer, educator, and visionary entrepreneur. As Founder & Managing Director of ECC, and as Director of the Bhagawat Gita Foundation for Vedic Studies, he continues to dedicate his life to building ecosystems where innovation meets spirituality, and where progress gains purpose.
